Beginning his culinary journey at 16 in his family’s restaurant, he’s spent decades refining his craft across cultures, cuisines, and techniques. At Yeeshan, he blends tradition with innovation, presenting dishes that satisfy, surprise, and delight. His philosophy is simple: food is art, and every plate should bring joy through taste, aroma, and beauty.
